Made an appointment a day ahead of time, arrived on time, waited 21 minutes for my kitty to be called into the back and 2 minutes later we are done! Sounds like you squeezed me out of my appointment and squeezed someone else into my time slot!! .... as I hear the receptionist on the phone telling another customer that she can squeeze her in!! -- well that was at my expense!! I may be petty but our time is just as important.
I am so happy with the experience I had here. My dog had gotten hit by a car, and I originally took her to a different pet hospital which I am not happy with so I decided to do the follow up with Walerga. They actually gave my dog the xrays she needed, bandaged and cleaned up her leg, gave me medicine for her all within a few hours and at a decent price (500) and they offer payment plans. Where as VCA wanted to charge me the full amount (1300) before they would do anything for her, they also wanted to keep her over night as ... read more
Took my last cat there for 7 years and have now been taking this cat there for the last 8 years. If I have to leave her, the staff will take pics of her for me to let me know she is okay. They are a very special team.
I took my puppy here for his shots last year. Staff are nice and you can't beat their prices for puppy shots. I got a new puppy 3 days ago and I will be there this Saturday to start his puppy shots.
They couldn't figure out what was wrong with my cat. They gave me medicine they thought would help him but he ended up not needing them and I wasted money on them which they weren't cheap and they wouldn't refund or discount them at all. I felt like they couldn't answer my question but instead redirected the conversation to we can run more tests.
