I called to be sure they would take my insurance and was told they Took Anthem Blue Cross. I drove 20 miles to get there and was told they take Anthem Blue Cross just not the Anthem Blue Cross I have??? Then a very unattravtive young women with a big Herpes sore proceeded to tell me I could be seen for 120.00 or go to the hospital emergency room. Great care and service. While visiting family in Elk Grove my daughter got sick and needed attention from a physician. I choose to take her here and not only were they very quick to see us but also kind and thoughtful.
Dr. Dustin has been great. Staff up front and phones are rude. Hung up on me when talking didn't say bye, didn't really help me on how to report my bad side affects from medication subscribed from their clinic. Unprofessional.
Have been there twice. Very clean. Impressed with the PA. He was very nice and concerned.
Had to make 2 visits...efficient and caring staff, problems diagnosed quickly and good explanations given. Wouldn't go anywhere else if we're back in that area
Worst triage system I've ever seen. If you come, pray no child comes in after you because they'll be taken back first. No matter what.
