Great experience. Saw Dr. Anwar. He was wonderful. He gave me the exact meds i knew i needed from past respiratory infections and he gave great advice. The nurse was also sweet. I never have good doctor experiences so i was honestly surprised. I have anthem blue cross (medi-cal) insurance and they took it...thank goodness. Fyi; i had trouble finding an elk grove pharmacy to take my insurance but Rite-Aid does, so i hope this helps someone. �
They took care of my 1 year old, wait wasn't so bad, was in and out in about 45 min. Doctor was great too.
Did absolutely nothing for my mom's broken shoulder, sent her to the ER. Thanks for the two hour wait and zero accomplishment.
I was very disappointed with yesterday's service. The doctor didn't give any information as to the degree my burn was. The MA's had to ask how I wanted my hand wrapped. One MA took her gloves off will wrapping my hand. The one good thing was I got a shot for pain and pain killers. Don't know why I'm on steroids.
