RecommendedNick Kersten, in Service Dept., went way above and beyond to help get my Prius air conditioning checked and repaired in the same day. Apparently, a technician at the Toyota dealership that I took my 2018 Prius for recall work, did not reconnect the AC fans. Nick said I'm lucky I didn't burn out the engine. Wow!
