RecommendedTim in express really was hard to understand. He speech was rushed and I had to sign the paperwork in what little space was next to donuts. In addition, in the 2nd and 3rd row of Passed Tasks, paper work, there are checks but no wording next to the checks. Wonder what that means?

All the service advisors are all helpful, I had the honor of having John Nguyen as my service advisor, I was having battery problems and needed it replace, but to give me a Peace of Mind, he had noted for the mechanics to check the alternator and starter. John was able to get me checked in and out in not time... Thanks Elk Grove Toyota for always doing your best.
