Rude receptionist looked at my blue cross and blue shield card and asked who my primary care provider is. I stated I had just switched and couldn't remember his name. she handed me my card back and said she couldn't help me that I had to go somewhere else. i brought my child in sick and needed to be seen and the lady looked at me with disgust and told me we dont take that kind of insurance here take her to her doctor... well its a holiday they are closed so what go spend 3-5 hours in the E.R.? its not emergent ... its urgent.. isent it yalls job to treat urgent patients. the receptionist was so rude.. i get it everyone is getting slammed with the sick, but if you hate your job that bad go find something else to do...
RecommendedDr. Brown as well as NP Martha Eskridge are great! You can tell they really care for the well being of their patients. However, the office staff is not very friendly, and come off as being rude.

RecommendedI would highly recommend the South Baldwin Med Center!!! Our 2 year old son has an ear infection and was inconsolable. The staff was so kind and quickly helped calm him with a popsicle! We loved Dr. Shine and nurse Kathy ❤️ Thank you to the whole staff for saving our baby boy’s vacation!
