RecommendedGreat staff! Wonderful experience
Was told it would take 20 minutes. Been here an hour and a half so far (still haven’t seen a NP). Unapologetic staff. We will not be back.
RecommendedTook my 2 year old daughter in last night with high fever and complications breathing. They were quick to react and get us the help we needed. Multiple staff members have called and message just checking on my daughter today because we were so quickly transported to a children’s hospital. Wonderful people!
RecommendedWhile on vacation, my son began screaming with ear pain at 9pm. This urgent care was amazing. Quick registration, called back very shortly after, and was promptly seen by RN and Dr. Both nurse and Dr, were great with son. There isn’t a 24 hr pharmacy near by (?!?), so they gave him a dose of antibiotics and ear drops in the clinic until we could get our meds in the morning. We were out of there in less than 45 min. So thankful for this place!
Great doctors. Great Nurse Practitioners. Problem is they wont hire anyone to fully staff the place. wait times are extremely slow, the doctors complain about not having enough help, so do the patients, yet the people in charge of fixing that are more concerned about profits than patient care. Just my perspective based on my encounters here.

Recommendedon may 10 at lunch my grandson fell and had a gash by his eye. Nurse Practitioner Nichole and all staff were amazing.
I went in to get a DOT physical after 3 weeks I still do not have my card nightmare they put you on hold for 45 minutes never come back then when you call back you can hear them in the background saying put her on hold and then when you call back you find out they've left you on hold and they've gone for the day. the only thing I can say is beware do not go there I would give them a zero as far as a rating. then I went to Alamo Chiropractic in Loxley and got it the same day within an hour
