Substandard care
I had a telemedicine visit with her back in May. I did the visit through my insurance telemedicine service because there was no way to see my specialist provider that day. I had a hx of UTI so know the symptoms very well. She refused to help me with antibiotics. I ended up having to see another doctor just to get antibiotics. She caused me to be in severe physical pain and the whole situation caused me a lot of grief and emotional pain. Not very compassionate or caring. Very dismissive. Overall, rude and recommend another provider.
I love her, at first, I wasn't sure, I take my son to her but now I love her and her nurses and the receptionist is always willing to help you and when you call for anything they will always call back asap, I've thought of changing her to my personal physician
This Doctor is uncaring, unprofessional, unprepared, and a complete waste of time and money. Appointments are always late by a minimum of 45 minutes. Her staff is rude, and constantly lying to people who call in on the phone, saying they are too busy to answer questions or make appointments when they are doing nothing. Her "new computer system" takes the blame for all of her worthlessness, and has been taking the blame for over a year now. Find a real doctor. She takes the care out of healthca
Dr Toombs Withers is a good doctor; however, her staff (not the Nurse Practicioner) is incompetent and rude. Typical Erlanger service I am coming to find out.
Awful! Rude staff, MD not helpful or knowledgeable...waste of time!
A very awesome doctor done things that other doctors don't do like truly check everything out on you and give you a great check up
