Elizabeth Leanza is amazing!!! She goes above and beyond for her clients. She is honest and up front. She will tell you her opinion on the house but the decision is up to you. She also has a list of contacts of places if you need fence, roof..ect, or just a handy man after you bought a house. You definitely will not regret choosing her for a realtor. I called her a hustler cause when she is negotiating, she not afraid to ask sellers for less on asking price and ask for more incentives.

My husband and I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Elizabeth a few years ago during our search for a home in the Nashville area. We can’t recommend Elizabeth enough! She is very thorough starting with research of the area, to publishing commercial grade videos and photos of the home, all the way to making sure you get the best deal at closing.
