Was way too long a wait in patient room. My appointment was at 10:15 and I didn’t leave until after 11:30. Would have wanted to know it was going to take so long. Doctor knowledgeable and kept me up to date on my issues.

I have seen her for several years and was reasonably happy with her care. A few mths ago I went for a routine check up. I asked for as low-touch as could be managed because I had recently suffered severe bleeding in my damaged eye (CRVO) after working on a recently vaccinated patient in my office. I reported that within 2 hrs of exposure my green eye turned very dark brown and I went blind for 6 wks. It resolved somewhat but I suffered additional vision loss. Dr. Groves is very thorough, explains what she is going to check, and very caring and personable. Office staff always has a smile and very patient... I had 2 cataracts removed and was very pleased with the process from beginning to end......
