It was extremely warm in the office. I waited for 30 minutes after my appointment time to be called back from the waiting room. Realizing there were still 2 people to be called in before me, I decided to go. I scheduled an appointment with another provider. My time is valuable.
One lens was ok the one in my right eye is twisted and out of place and she refused to fix her mistake. I have been to 2 different doctors and they both asked why she didn't fix the lens, I told them she said she just wouldn't fix the lens because the lens was only 2 degrees off. One of them has fixed it with no problem and the lens was 15 degrees off. She lied so she wouldn't have to fix the lens for free.

went in to see her about cataract surgery and all she wanted to do was send me back to, who sent me to my optometrist to get new glasses who sent me to Egan to begin with because the optometrist is the one who said I had cataracts to begin with in the first place. what is wrong with this doctor?
Dr Groves takes the necessary time with my mother and has always provided great care.
My Husband started seeing her in August of last year, had cataract surgery on right eye Sept. 4, 2024, it has never been right, and she has given us all kinds of reasons why his right eye isn't right. He had a special lens put in and she put it in wrong and then told us she wouldn't fix it. She told me that astigmatism and told me could fix it, if I was willing to pay an additional $1000 per lens out of pocket. I opted to go with her suggestion and had both eyes done a week apart. Now I can't read and still have a astigmatism is not in the proper position in the right eye, and she is unwilling to fix the lens. In fact, she has sent a letter telling me that she was no longer my doctor, and I could no longer call for appointment. She cost me my vision and the $1000 out of pocket expense.
