Horrible customer service. As a very long time customer I am utterly shocked and appalled. I called when I received the wrong gift with purchase and was told that when my order was shipped the gift that I ordered was not available. I was sent a substitute gift of items I not only do not want but have no use for. They continued to advertise the exact same gift for the last week but somehow me ordering it on the day the promotion started did not mean that I was actually going to get that gift and they refuse to send me the gif... read more

I've used Red Door for many years and loved it. I received compliments on my fragrance all the time. But this new Red Door is awful! It is much stronger smelling, nothing like the original and I will never buy it again!!! The last bottle I purchased, which ended up being the new, "improved" bottle and contents, was given away. If this is your final answer on the product, then I will be auditioning something new.
