Elizabeth Arden has a serious "False Advertisement" issue. I ordered products with advertised promotion code. However, I did not receive the advertised gift. I emailed the customer service and they kept ignoring my request and stated that the order was used with another promotion code. But it was not true as I only used one advertised promotion code.
