Terrible customer service. Issues get moved into the revolving departments and no one does anything but pass you on.
Cap got stuck and when I was finally able to get it off the entire rim around that shattered. Sent pictures but since I didn't buy it directly from them they said sorry but we can't help you. Unfortunate that they don't stand behind their products.
only received my free gift and not my order. I will never order from this company again. You call, get put on hold and they never answer!!!
The most reliable products for many years!
Bad experience online，they just give less things than what I bought it. I bought 4 bottle of item，but the Elizabeth Arden only give me 2. You can see that the package is very small，which could not contain 4 bottles. I called the customer service but they just told me everything is correct and need to be investigate？ The checklist shows the quantity is 4 but they only give me 2 of them.
