Excellent group of people working at the Pembroke Pines office and what to say about the professionalism of the whole staff, doctors, technicians, office clerks, etc. My cardiologist Dr. Krichmar, besides an excellent doctor, is a great human being, he treats me like if I am his father not his patient ......but.....he is not a good "fisherman".....do not believe his pictures in Facebook....they are Photoshop (just kidding)
Due to new insurance at the beginning of the year I had to change my primary... I'm so glad that Humana suggested Elite Health. Dr. Koenig is absolutely amazing, very personal and her assistant is very pleasurable. The front desk girl is truely a delight, always puts a smile on my face and the check out staff, wow they are always very helpful in finding what I need... My only thought is the transportation could be better... They have two drivers and they get busy and I end up sitting and waiting to go home... The young drive... read more
I havs to fo dor an xray and the people behind the desk were very frisendly. I did have to wait longer than usual but i expect that when i go to these type of places
thats it, im sick and tired of this. as you have been expanding your practice the service has been getting worse. first i couldnt get an appointment to see Dr. Rios within a 3 month window and my prescriptions had expired, so i was scheduled with another Dr. who looked very busy and could care less about me. then they switched me to another Dr. named Velez whom everythign was going great, she scheduled me for labs and when i went in for the labs they told me after multipke appoinments she doesnt take my insurance ? you figur... read more
