We recently had to change doctors due to insurance & began care here Jan 2015. I had a 10 yr relationship with my previous Dr who is in the same blding. His office was on the spot with follow up and coordination, it did not cost extra. While I do like my Dr here, once you leave, good luck with communicating and coordinating with the phone staff. I just had my annual physical with Elite Health. What a great place and staff. I'm so glad I found this place.
They outsource their secretary/phone answering service to the Dominican Republic to save on costs; be prepared for mistakes with your appointments/insurance. It happened to me twice.

Great doctors and staff but the real plus is all the extras. I'm there at least twice a month for an IV-Vitamin boost!
