I have a new 2013 Jetta TDI I took it to them 15 minutes from my house for the 1st service check and oil change. By this time my son heard the speakers were crackling a little and my headrest kept riding up every other day. Elite told me they didn't hear the problem with the speakers and the head rest they punched and wiggled my seat and they didn't ride up on them.
