i bought my 08 jetta (c.p.o) here 2 years ago this was a horrible experience and i felt completely ripped off i drove from ann arbor for this vehicle had an appt set up and had to wait by myself for over an hour without any service i should have walked out the sales man i worked with was a jerk to me and the manager just didnt care!!!! that said i will never ever send anyone here i send everyone to Germain VW !!!!!
