I've been using Elite for nearly 20 years to manage my home in Pinehurst, and I have been exceptionally happy with the level of service and responsiveness from Catherine and Pam. Any problem or issue is addressed immediately. I definitely recommend them for any property management in the Southern Pines and Pinehurst area.
Elite Properties and Services was a total nightmare to work with. Never responded in a timely manner, never checked on the house and promised tenants extensions without first checking with homeowners. When we went to replaced them, they intentionally left the house with a kitchen sink smashed, four (4) inch holes in the walls, walls painted multiple different colors, leaking plumbing and carpets stained with dog urine under the pretense that it was "Normal Wear and Tear". There an on hands company that really knows what your looking for, with a wide vareity of selection of rentals. My main attraction is how they fix any problem immediately..
