I have been working with Mo from Elite Pest Defense for at least two years now, probably more. He has been more than polite, and precise in his work in our building with spraying and has a great rapport with our residents. I am very confident in his abilities and his suggestions as to how we deal with different rodent/pest issues in our apartment complex.

We were referred to Mosley Robinson and Elite Pest Defense for a wasp issue. Mo was reasonable , thorough and extremely knowledgeable. Turns out we had wasps and hornets! Not only did he get rid of the problem , when I thought maybe a nest in the desk was a little stubborn he came back immediately 5 weeks later! Of course they had just taken a little longer to all die off. That is customer service at it's best!
