My EPD experience was simply amazing. Customer Service is Great, Scheduling was simple, they followed up with me twice to make sure my mice were still gone. My Tech (Moe) was very professional, honest, and kind-hearted. I would highly recommend him.

Originally I heard about Elite Pest Defense from a neighbor who had him eliminate her wasp problem. I put his information on the Facebook page for Louisville and got messages thanking me for recommending him as he was removing football size nests from people's sofits, etc. Everyone mentioned how reliable and professional he was and how glad they were they called him in.
