Paul did such a fantastic job. Found out I had a "ruptured" L5-S1 disk that migrated and a synovial cyst on my nerve root that was causing my sciatic type pain. Paul worked with me for several weeks and taught me different body mechanics so that I can still have full function. Very rarely did I leave Paul's office in as much pain as I walked in with. Horrible experience--I went in for a consultation about chronic shoulder pain and tightness. Dr. Paul assessed my shoulder and concluded that I had a torn labrum and there was nothing he could do for me except refer me to surgery. That didn't sound right to me at all, and he barely looked at it. Paid $120 copay for him to do nothing and when I called to complain the manager just told me how "experienced" Dr. Paul was. Tried really hard to get an appointment but found out that they don't accept common insurance. Made all of the arrangements ahead of time - over the phone and through email (was even given a copay total). Only when I walked in and forfeited my personal information did I find out they wanted 5x my copay. The lady at the desk was really nice, though. Too bad.
Are you kidding me?? Paul and his staff are some of the nicest people I’ve ever met! I was dreading PT so badly because my shoulder is just 4 weeks out from replacement surgery. I shouldn’t have. They are amazingly kind people and he definitely knows what he’s doing. So glad my surgeon sent me here.
