I am writing for my 75 year old mother in law. Today she has elite OHGD come out because the tension spring her door snapped. The service guy looked at it and quoted her $500+ to fix the door. she did not want to pay that amount and wanted to get more estimates. She would pay the $45.00 service call but wanted to wait on paying the $500. Hahaha funny I read ******** ss comment its funny how people cry about paying so much for something that turned out to be so simple. You must think its free to load up our trucks and drive all the way out to you as well. I mean were sorry you didnt think to look it up on ******* and get your simple answer. Never have I had such a bad experience with someone I didn't know, much less a company! Unfortunately to my own stupidity twice I found this garage company on a sign on the side of the rd. off Buford damn Rd. The other stupidity was not finding why my garage door wouldn't open nor close all the way. The lack of foresight cost me way to much! As well as my peace. Which is diffidently not worth losing. I basically was charged a service call of $50 plus $69 for simply a flip of an unlocked button on the garage door wall. No too... read more

I made review and then amended it to see if Elite would make the situation right and they did not so here is the truth Technician improperly installed our motor (I have pictures of how it was installed improperly). Garage door broke 6 days after they charged us $425 to install new motor. Our door was stuck open 5 minutes before our house showing. we called the "24 hour repairs" number and was given horrible customer service and they "couldn't come repair it until Monday" and would have to charge us another $400. Shockingly bad customer service. Unprofessional and unwilling to listen to customer complaints. One person takes the deposit for the door and someone else sends you the final bill, so if there is an issue - good luck proving it! Installers rescheduled twice, showed up late the third time. The insulation strips they showed up with were broken. Not only they didn't finish the job, but they damaged what was working before them - the motor stopped functioning after the installation of the new door. Calls and emails were not retu... read more
