I am happy with the treatment and have no issues with that ( Stephen) is and did a great job. My issue is that i was not supposed to pay a co-pay since all my policy requirements had been met, yet it was not properly verified and to date still refuse to refund me my $ 80.00, have not seen a dime. It was relayed to me that they need to wait until everything insurance cleared.I gave them copies that showed insurance had paid them already and that I owed no money but still no refund. As I walk in the door each time, I am met with a friendly face. The atmosphere is very welcoming and relaxing. All of the personnel are obliging and eager to schedule the treatment around my needs. I cannot praise Alison enough. I could go on and on talking about Alison, her great training and her knowledge of the human anatomy. Seriously love this place! Of all the methods and professionals I have used to help treat my sports related injuries, Stephen Harris is the most thorough and effective! His goal isn't to suck my wallet dry but rather to minimize my time in his office and get me better quickly. He is also the best I have had with dry needling! Just make sure you're good about doing your home exercises if you get them. They really are good and speed up your recovery.
