I still have a LONG way to go BUT...it's been just one month since I've been working with Kristen and Sam at Elite Nutrition and Performance and there has been so much progress! I feel so good. Down a little under 10 lbs and 2% body fat. 6 months till the BIG 40 and I WILL be in the best shape of my life !!! If anyone is struggling with reaching fitness goals... I highly recommend a holistic nutritionist/personal trainer. If you are serious and ready to do it... It will change your life. It did mine!
I went to Kristen and ENP last summer when I realized I needed an expert in nutrition. Kristen is not only an expert in nutrition but sports nutrition as well. She has been instrumental in helping me not only lose weight to be more healthy but eat right so I can excel in the sports activities I want to do such as triathlons. I highly recommend Kristen to anyone that wants to lose weight or the skilled athlete that needs help reaching their peak performance.
