This past year I had to get very serious about my fitness when I qualified for the Miss South Carolina pageant. I was not nervous at all about my swimsuit body when the final day came because I was READY. I did one-on-one training with Sean, and he gave me the push I needed to stay focused. Very pleased with everything we learned from Kristen & her staff. We worked with Elite while marathon training & had a great experience. Will definitely come back for tuneups for future races!!!
