I've been coming to Elite Nutrition and Performance for about 6 weeks now, and I must say, Best. Decision. Ever. I was one that followed the fad diets and tried completely cutting food groups from my diet...and yeah, it worked....until it didn't. I unknowingly completely wiped out my metabolism with these diets. There aren't enough words to say adequately just what all the trainers at Elite have done for me, how they've helped me change my life. I was on a fast slide to an early grave and had no idea how to slow it down. There's so much information out there, and so much of it is conflicting and just plain bad.
