Dr. Washington and her entire team were absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff made me feel welcomed and at ease. Everyone I interacted with was professional, kind, and attentive. Dr. Washington’s bedside manner was outstanding she took the time to listen, and made sure I felt completely comfortable throughout the entire visit. These ladies truly go above and beyond. Highly recommend!
I had my first visit with Ms. Washington in April for an annual exam and to address concerns about possibly having PCOS. During that visit, I also had lab work done. A follow-up appointment was scheduled to review my results, but it felt rushed—within five minutes, I was out the door with no meaningful discussion or guidance beyond a vague suggestion to "work out more." From the very first phone call down to the appointment, they have made me feel comfortable, answered all my questions and very friendly! They knew I was nervous and the whole time kept saying it's ok we got you! Thank you Dr. Washington and all the staff. I truly appreciate everything!
My Experience was very pleasant! I was able to get in and see the doctor and ask all my questions. The wait time was good and the staff were very friendly! 10/10 I recommend.
