I went in several months ago to have them fix a botched job I had done at another salon on my acrylic nails. When I went in, my nails were filed lopsided and there were several bubbles in the polish and when I left my nails looked exactly the same. I tried to let the guy know as he was doing my nails that he wasn't doing what I wanted and he just kept dismissing me.
