My daughter and I went in for a pedicure and manicure they started my daughter told me that I would be started in a few minutes. My daughter is all most done and my technician is still no where in sight. Time is an issue and if I would of been told the actual time frame I would tried to see if I could get in somewhere else. Traveling tomorrow I guess I’ll check out Phoenix technicians.
This is by FAR the best nail salon I have ever been to and I have been to several in various states I have lived. Ivy is the best but everyone is excellent and friendly. Five start\s is NOT enough!
Tammy and Johnny are the friendliest nail technicians I have ever met!! Elite nail salon is super clean. All the employees are very professional. Tammy is the absolute best. I love the pedicures and shellac she does for me. By far the best nail salon I have ever been in. I highly recommend this salon!!!!! By the way, prices are lower than what is listed on yellow pages :). You will love it!!!!!

This nail salon is clean and friendly, with amazing customer service! Johny took his time on my feet and nails while Tammy did a great job on my husbands feet and hands! These two quickly learned our names and we will be back!
I have been going to this salon for many years. The ownership has changed some time back...and the salon is really bustling now! I believe this to be attributed to the superior services and the friendliness of the staff. The people at Elite Nails treat their customers like family. I have been going to Elite Nails Salon for about 6 years now. I have NEVER encountered any problems and have always been HIGHLY satisfied with the Service I received. Johnny, Tammy and Henry always treat their Customers as part of their Family and are very professional and curtious. My natural Nails are actually healthier now, even after the Acrylic comes off, due to the really good products that they use. I would highly recommend Elite Nails Salon to anybody looking to get their Nails done.
I had gone to Elite nails salon for over 5 yrs, and i never had any problems .Their customers service is the best, the products and they are very sanitary. I had recommented to lots people and they really happy. BEST SALON IN TOWN. HIGHLY RECOMMENT.
My mother had a pedicure by the lady named Tammy. Tammy began scrubbing her feet right away witout letting them soak. She was rough w the cuticle clipper as I saw my mother jump a few times. I was so embarassed. I wanted a nice mother daughter visit and this wasnt what we got. The next day my mothers feet looked as though they hadn't been touched at all. Tammy did my nails as well and my cuticles began to bleed and she didn't even apologize. I was mortified. Please save your money and visit a different salon.
