I have been once before and people weren't that friendly however today I decided to try again. Unfortunately no one said hello or acknowledged I walked in. After looking at polish for 5 minutes someone came to me and asked if I had an apt. Upon saying no he said "ooh it's going to be about 40 minutes". I think customer service is number one and just a little bit more of a warm greeting anytime anyone walks into an establishment goes a long way.
It was our first time. I called the day before to schedule medi-pedis for my daughter & I the day of there seemed to be a lot of confusion of what was going on. They took calls the entire time I was getting my nails done.I went with the gel nails. Not a week later the polish is coming up & is catching on things, it hurts. I was told gel was supposed to last longer. My daughter's reg polish looks better than mine.
Great service every time I go .... even my husband likes going there for a pedi! We are both planning to go today for pedis and I am confident we will not be disappointed!
I've been coming to Elite off and on for a few years. I would definitely recommend elite nails to friends and family. I've never been disappointed !
Very happy with the service I received and how nice my nails came out! Will definitely be back . Mai was very friendly and did a really great job!
Had a gel manicure this morning. It was my first time here and I was extremely happy with this salon. Everyone was very friendly and professional and my nails look wonderful. I didn't feel rushed like at some salons. I'm glad my daughter in law recommended Elite Nail Salon!
