Highly recommend Mimi! She is soft-spoken but very detailed and thorough. I have had her do my nails several times now and have so much trust in her process. She does a stellar job and is always efficient with her time. I live in Cleveland and still travel to her because nails are a luxury and expensive to keep up with so I don't want to risk a botch job somewhere else!
I used to love coming here. Close to my house and they did a great job. For the past 6 months I’ve had horrible service. Even when I call to make an appointment I still wait over 30 minutes.

I had a gel fill and my nails not only looked worse after I left but within 3 hours 3 of my nails chipped.
Last time I went, I had an appt but still had to wait quite a while. The girl would not let me get up to wash my hands after filling my nails - she just used some air gun to blow off most but not all of the dust. They charge more than what the board reads and don't have an explanation. They used to be very friendly and now I feel like I'm a burden to give them money. Well, guess what - I can and will go elsewhere.

I love coming here... I drive about 20 minutes out of my way to get my nails and pedicure done here. This is the best place I've ever been to!!!
