This dealership and the crooks and con artist that work here should all be in jail and ran out of business. How they are still around I have no idea. I went in here after talking to Mark "O" on the phone a few times. Told them I have a 2015 Kia with only 7300 miles on it that I needed to trade on a larger car as I take care of my 70 year old Aunt, and the Kia is just to small to get here and a wheel chain in and out of. This dealership is pack with liars, I bough a porsche cayenne from sales person name roman, and the sales person and also the finance manager told me the car have remaining factory warranty, but after I drove 400 miles back home and find out the car have some problems (cruise control doesn't work and etc...) the porsche dealer in my area told me the factory warranty expired already. Great place to shop for a used car: all the cars are in great condition, sales staff is very helpful and work as a team. I found them online shopping for a Nissan, walked out of Elite with a BMW, and am very happy. Craig is a great guy to work with!
Amazing selection and always great service. Steve is always available to answer any questions and give advise. Ohh and their are site rocks! I was able to start my negotiation online- LOVE! WILL BE BACK FOR MY Porsche Panamera (if I could I would tag my husband in this one =) ))
INCONSISTENT...is the best way to describe it. After days and I do mean days of back and forth speaking with different reps, on trying to complete a deal on one of their cars, I gave up, I give up. I mean, the reps were courteous and easy to talk to, but when trying to finish the deal, it's like, "REALLY?!?!." To not make a deal happen for a matter of $100 is INSANE!!! We want to thank Elite Motors in Mundelein, IL for their help in buying our car. We couldn’t find the car we wanted here in Washington (we moved from Illinois) so we contacted Elite after looking at their online website (www.elitemotorsonline.com). Thanks for the online reviews regarding Elite Motors in Mundelein. We (wife and I) went online to look at Elite’s car inventory, liked what we saw and went to their dealership. The staff was very friendly (no high pressure sales stuff) and knowledgeable. We found the 2007 Cadillac Escalade we wanted at a very good price and it didn’t take all day.
