Rented their service for my wedding party. The bus was not air conditioned and extremely hot on our 90 degree wedding day even though we booked a premium shuttle bus. Secondly the bus driver got lost transporting us to our reception despite MULTIPLE confirmations of the right addresses of our event venue to the company before the event and we were an hour late to our reception. He had put in the wrong address. Entirely unacceptable, would never work with these people again.
