Jeremy was excellant. Ahead of schedule, very friendly and did an excellant job.
Jeremy available quickly and was always on time with a call first. Reasonable and work was performed well and efficiently. Replaced two boards and most others I am sure would have tried to put in two new units!
They are professional, prompt and excellent service. I have used them three times for my commercial and residential locations.

I am so pleased with the service I received from Elite. I called at 9 in the morning and they were at my house before 10. My spring had broken and my door wasn't working. They showed up and were completely professional and competent.
I am glad that I chose Elite Garage Door Service to tune-up my garage door. They were polite, fast and efficient. I have only owned my home for 2 years and they did not mind educating me about my garage door's functionality. They even pointed out a crack in the door that I was not aware of and now know that I have to keep an eye on.I already recommended them to my friends and neighbors and will continue to do so. I am definitely going to continue to use their services.
Requested the tune-up as I figured the existing opener was on it's last legs without immediate help. Johnny arrived at appointed time and proceeded to quickly make required repairs and adjustments that made the opener operate like new. He did caution that it is an old style worm drive and recommended the better belt drive or chain drive when I do need to replace the old. I called after hearing a radio commercial for the company I was expecting a long wait until someone could get there. Not a problem, they do Saturday and Sunday service and were here the next day around 1PM. The door was making a clunking noise going up. After arriving he checked everything out and did a simple lube job on my rails, wheels, etc and no more clunking sound. $49 charge for a tune up and I'm really happy. Nice fellow too. Thanks.
