I just had a new garage door opener installed by Johnny of Elite Garage Doors. I am completely satisfied with the job performed, as well as the cost. Johnny is awesome. He took the time to explain what had gone wrong with the old opener -- even showing me the damaged component; made all the necessary adjustments to my existing doors and rails; lubricated my existing rollers; and even programmed my car visor opener. I highly recommend Johnny and Elite Garage Doors.
Made a tune up appointment for my garage door that was loud and wouldn’t go down without a up and down dance. The tech arrived on time and was polite. He told me he’d recommend a whole rebuild of all the parts and gave me a price. He wasn’t pushy about it though and said I probably still have some time before I really need to get it done. He did the tune up and the door is back to working great again. I’ll call them to do a rebuild if it shows signs of needing it!
A year ago, Johnny replaced the 35 year old garage door. The specially ordered door arrived exactly when he said it would and was promptly installed with no problems. In the last year it has been working perfectly. Johnny's assistant just completed the annual preventive maintenance so that the door will continue to work well. I highly recommend Elite Garage Door Service.
We moved into our house a year ago and I don't think this door had ever been serviced. A friend of mine told me to call this company and I did. I called Elite Garage with a problem with my garage door. Everyone else I called couldn't come to my house until the next day. My garage door keep opening and closing without my help. I need some help ASAP. They were at my house within 2 hours. They fix the problem----did a great job. I would recommend them to everyone. I give them 5 stars. Thanks again for coming to my rescue.
They were on-time for the appointment. Did the maintenance. Got electronic emailed receipt. Technician was good and friendly. Nothing negative to report.
