Absolutely satisfied with my encounter! Marcus was prompt, early actually with a call beforehand to make sure that this was ok. He answered all my questions , and I had many, and never did he make feel like I was annoying him or in his way. He completed our tune up and offered some options to resolve our issues and never did I feel as though he was just upselling me. If I have one MINOR complaint, it was the rescheduling of our appointment a couple times. Since my appointments were scheduled for after work, it didn't really impact my day so it wasn't a huge deal just mildly inconvenient and I just hope this means they're a super successful business that's growing and needs more techs! :) Besides that, I would highly recommend Elite to anybody.
