I begged to speak to a doctor, and they lied to my face saying l was getting one! Im going through the worst time of my life, and they are complete frauds!
Horrible service.. I saw my Dr two weeks ago and they never sent in my medication. I called for multiple days only to be told that they sent a message to the provider.I went into withdrawal from the lack of medication and had to threaten a lawsuit to get anything done and finally had a supervisor call me
Shaun Fleniken is the best! I have been an insomniac for 28 years. I have slept so well of the last month and set records for number of says with sleep in a month. Highly recommend Shaun, great listener and provides great feedback!

Customer service is horrible. For a place dealing with mental-health, you would think that empathy would be higher. That customer service would actually care about us and not be happy to cancel all three of my kids because of my dissatisfaction. Simply put, this facility does not care about you. You are just a number. They will change the rules on you midway and not care. The treatment is so horrible, I cancelled all three of my kids going here because I've had enough horrible treatment.
