I never mind when I have to take my car in for servicing. As always, the process is always so easy going at Elite Acura of Maple Shade. Thomas kept us informed of what was being done and what was recommended every step of the way. Elite Acura always provides top of the line servicing and fair pricing. I have been with Acura for 15+ years, including 4 different vehicles, and will remain an Acura driver for the foreseeable future!

Met with Ryan Fabian in the service department. He’s a very nice and professional gentleman. My wait time wasn’t as long as I expected. The only issue I had that raised some concerns is when one employee did not use gloves or napkin while handling food. It was very unsanitary for him to touch donuts with his bare hands instead of using gloves, tongs or napkin to move them into the other box. Overall, the atmosphere was calm and well managed. I definitely recommend everyone to see Ryan F.
