I was misinformed about a service auto two times and had to leave this location without my planned service. I have purchased 4 Auto's in the past from this Dealer. This new group seems to have a problem with the truth if they no longer have courtesy autos for B1 service, do not offer them when making the appointments.

Tom and Pat were very nice. It would have been appropriate had someone let me know that my trunk needed to be empty prior to this appointment when we set it up. But I was able to move things around so everybody could get where they needed to go.
