Questionable service. I was told I didn't need breaks and did. I was given an Automobile Status Report which indicated my rear brakes were at a. 8. I went to Turnersville Acura the same day and was told my brake pads were at a 2 which were accurate after looking at the pads. Not only do I question the integrity of the work being done at Elite Acura in Maple Shade but my safety was put at risk. I also have the paperwork to support my review.

I also asked if Elite could fill the air in my tire that had a nail so I could make it to Turnersville Acura who had a replacement tire in stock and Joseph said "of course"! I get in my car and the tire pressure was low. Again, unsafe. I am beyond frustrated with my experience and would never go back to this dealership.
Worked with Nick he was great. I was in and out in no time. I am rebuilding my credit and got a great deal on a Subaru Impreza with low miles 😊

Wow! One thing is to be taken care of when you have an appointment. Today I was stranded by an electrical shutdown in my Acura hybrid RLX. My friends at Elite Acura fit me right in. Giovanni Paparo from whom I had bought my car years ago, lent me his personal car (no loaners were available) so I could run some errands. Meanwhile, Daquan Rogers fit me into the technicians busy schedule. My issue resolved, I left with a washed car and a smile on my face. Elite Acura turned my day around!

The place has the best customer service hands down! I always go here for oil changes and today I learned that my car was leaking oil. Found out it is covered under factory warranty and it will be fixed. The gentleman that helps me was so kind and really went above and beyond to take care of the situation. Thanks again!!
