There were some frustrations. It seemed to me the service agent did his best to smooth out the difficulties with, for example, long waits, over- scheduling and me having to leave and come back later. He was communicative, ultimately quite pleasant and accommodating.
Since I have been coming to this dealership. .. I'm very satisfied with the services that they have given me.
