Great customer service! My service specialist, John is amazing to work with. I had major repairs done. He explained everything to me and worked with me to get the major repairs fixed within my budget. I recommend buying a car from Elite Acura based off the service department alone.

The service department is excellent they show Great concern to your needs. If there’s a discount They apply it . I say they take the extra step. I would buy another Acura just because the service department.

The service department has really horrible customer service. The will not even acknowledge that you walked into the establishment, then proceed to look you off as if they don’t see you.
