My original appointment was canceled when I arrived. I could not be accomodated . I was upset as I made other plans based on my original appt. I actually believe I was being lied to by the service writer as to my appt. I rescheduled for today. If there was another issue today I would never be back at Elite Acura for service or a new purchase and my present Acura is I believe the third one from Elite. All went well today.
Elite Acura is great for service. They take you on time, deliver when promised and don’t sell extra repairs.
