Dr. Mostow and Akron Dermatology were great. Fast, friendly, reliable and informative. I had a medical issue that required immediate help, and instead of going to the Emergency Room I called Akron Dermatology and explained my situation. Even though I was a new patient, and Covid restrictions were in place - Dr. Mostow was able to fit me in the schedule within AN HOUR to examine and help me with my issue - before my own Primary Care Physician even called me back. I’ve been going to him for over 30 years and he is a wonderful caring doctor.
He gave me "gold star" treatment by referring me to a surgeon for my melanoma. The surgeon removed 2 lymph nodes and around the mole. He's an excellent, caring doctor.
I have been seeing Dr. Mostow for a number of years. He has always been genuinely concerned about my issues and recommended what he felt was best. My wait is never long and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a dermatologist.
He is a professional, caring, knowledgeable, friendly doctor. I'm glad I found him and find his staff friendly and professional as well. He knows doctors in Cleveland and Akron personally when he makes a referral. I highly recommend him!

I have been a patient of Dr. Mostow's for about 8 years. His staff has always been polite and Dr. Mostow while very professional, is also aware of keeping his patients waiting. I have never had a bad experience with his office. My husband now goes there as well and has had no issues.
Dr. Mostow and his nurse practioner Terri are fine. But this office is very unaccommodating to people who work or student who are in activities, They have no evening or Sat hours and expect student to be taken out of school or miss activities/sports and adults to take time off work in order to be seen. This is 2018 I am not the only working parent with a child in school who is looking for services. Staff answering phones and greeting patient not friendly. Going to find a new Dermatologist.
