Dr. Herrings office is the first dentist I have ever had where I don't feel an immense amount of dread for my appointment. They really listen to my concerns and make me feel comfortable. The staff is always very friendly and the office is nice and clean. I have found my dentist for life. Thank you for all you do! Your compassion for your business and care for your patients reflects in every staff member and appointment.
My crown from a previous dentist broke. They got me in the same day I called and were able to get the prep work for replacement crown done that day. Curteous and efficient service!
I love the staff at Elgin Family Dental. However, I do not like making cleaning appointments for two children and one adult and expecting that it will take over 2 hours to be done. I will have to make better arrangements to be able to accommodate those times.
The staff has taken the time to know me and my family. We are always treated with warmth and exceptional care.

Dr. Carl Herring is definitely a five star doctor! He is caring about patients' well being. He is constantly trying to ease the pain (literal and otherwise) as much as he can and make you feel as comfortable as possible. His friendly and joking personality makes the visit more pleasant. Dr. Herring is always concerned about his patients' comfort and is one of the best dentists I know. He goes beyond the call of duty.
