Great staff all the way around! Very professional and explanatory in dental experience.
I was very pleased with my appointment for cleaning with Elgin Dental. Everyone was so nice and helpful.Also I am so happy to have found a good dentist just around the corner from our home since we traveled over 45 miles one-way to our previous dentist for many years. I look forward to going back for my other appointments when the time comes.
I was only in for a cleaning, but as always, all the staff was friendly, informative and helpful. I was very happy with the cleaning procedure - quick, painless, and thorough. I always recommend Dr. Herring.

The staff is very honest and straight forward which I appreciate. They also have a beautiful garden with flowers, birds and squirrels which makes for a nice view. They also play great music and have massage chairs.
I had to have a permanent filling placed after a root canal in a tooth that already had a crown on it. The process was fairly quick and my questions were answered to my satisfaction.
My husband & I are very happy with Laurie as our dental hygienist. She is excellent!
Great setting - NO blaring TV, instead they have a relaxing Sirius station on; NO chatty hygienist, instead she was very professional and spoke only when necessary to give me instruction or information about my teeth, NO trying to sell me on unnecessary procedures, instead Dr. Carl gave me plenty of information on which to base decisions; NO long wait, instead my appointment began on time. I think I've found my dental clinic!
I had a tooth break this weekend and Dr. Carl Herring was able to work me into his schedule to smooth it off. He already knew I don't want a crown. He highly recommended the tooth be pulled soon and gave me all the info for that. I have been going to Dr. Carl Herring regularly since we moved to Elgin over 20 years ago and always recommend him to others.
