We have been with Elevation MD for 6 months and have been delighted with all aspects of the medical practice. From the support and attention of Nancy on the front desk to the care from Dr. James Cusack, we couldn't be happier. Our previous GP did not provide annual physcials but Elevation MD does. That's important from a preventative medical approach. When we need to talk to or see a doctor, Nancy is excellent at scheduling quick appointments.

We recently moved to Victoria and were very concerned about finding a new doctor. We read about ElevationMD in the paper and called their number. The person we spoke with was very helpful, and they worked with our move-date and set up an initial appointment with Dr. Cusack. Our first appointment was extremely well done, we were impressed with the quality of care and assistance in setting up our prescription and referrals to specialists. This is an excellent medical service with really great staff and top notch communications. They have been very attentive to my needs and their doctors are professional and responsive. I have been with other private care groups and I find Elevation has been the easiest and most accessible to work with. Highly recommend.

First time with private health care, and it's been pretty cool. Haven't met the whole team yet, but Nancy and Dr. Cusack are amazing. Super impressed so far!
