I've lived at Elevation for about 9 months and have absolutely loved my experience so far. All of the staff I've encountered - from leasing, to concierge, to maintenance have all been so kind and helpful. The many amenities are well worth the cost, maintenance has responded in a timely manner to all of my requests, the concierges have always greeted me warmly and have been willing to answer any questions or help me get to the right person. Mr Sherrod is very helpful and patient he makes the process so much easier for a potential tenant and already lease holders. The entire staff is very professional. Mr. Sherrod will guide you every step of the way to make your move less stressful. This is the best property I know of in the DC NE area. I’m very trustworthy and it’s a ten out of ten.
