Elevators break absurdly often
Living in this building is great. I’d give my experience a 4.5/5 I’ve been here for 2.5 years. Management and staff is attentive. The gym/pool are a tad small but never crowded so space isn’t an issue. The location is A+ in the city, nothing is ever too far. This has been the best leasing and moving-in experience I've ever had. Special thanks to Jada on helping me secure the perfect unit! I couldn't be more happy. Since I've moved in, the team here has been so welcoming and helpful. They've made me feel like I've been living here for years. My neighbors in the building have been so nice as well. There's a good energy throughout the building.
MOVE IN DAY!!! A breeze! The building and unit are both very clean! I even got my work out in trying to keep up with Sharrod 😊 Thank you to him and Jada for everything! Looking forward to my new apartment home 😊
i’ve been at elevation for 3 years now and I could not imagine living anywhere else in dc. The leasing team is so helpful and accommodating, and whenever I have an issue they always are there to resolve it in a timely manner! The units are great, new and modern appliances, and the amenities are fabulous! If you’re ever interested in taking a tour definitely request Sherrod he is the best!
