Jennifer Nguyen is great. She’s really kind, gentle, and made me feel comfortable right away. She’s easy to talk to and very down-to-earth, but also clearly knows what she’s doing. She explained everything clearly and gave me good options without any pressure. I felt like I was in good hands the whole time. Highly recommend!
Elevate made my partial top denture. Within 6 months the main tooth snapped off. Called them to see how they could help and was told NO WARRANTY, PAY $150.00 before even seeing the teeth like they cost $1500 for 6 months how is that allowed Would not recommend due to bad workmanship and not standing up for their work!
Dr. Berwyn Liu provided inadequate care when treating my father-in-law’s filling, which later developed an infection that went untreated for a significant period of time. I was shocked by his lack of transparency and professionalism. What he failed to diagnose was immediately identified and addressed by other professionals. I would not recommend him.
Happy with the teeth cleaning, the dentist was very informative and completed the procedure comfortably. Only feedback was that an x-ray was performed on the left and right side even though I wasn't asked if I was happy to proceed prior. Came to the practice with $185 for teeth cleaning, however had to pay an extra $90 ($45 on each side). Little frustrated with the extra cost.
I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Dr. Carl! After completing my Invisalign treatment under his care, my teeth look absolutely amazing. It’s exactly what I wanted. Also, the new clinic in Blacktown is incredible! If you’re considering Invisalign or looking for a great dentist, I can’t recommend Dr. Carl enough
