Jennifer Nguyen is great. She’s really kind, gentle, and made me feel comfortable right away. She’s easy to talk to and very down-to-earth, but also clearly knows what she’s doing. She explained everything clearly and gave me good options without any pressure. I felt like I was in good hands the whole time. Highly recommend!
Happy with the teeth cleaning, the dentist was very informative and completed the procedure comfortably. Only feedback was that an x-ray was performed on the left and right side even though I wasn't asked if I was happy to proceed prior. Came to the practice with $185 for teeth cleaning, however had to pay an extra $90 ($45 on each side). Little frustrated with the extra cost.
I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Dr. Carl! After completing my Invisalign treatment under his care, my teeth look absolutely amazing. It’s exactly what I wanted. Also, the new clinic in Blacktown is incredible! If you’re considering Invisalign or looking for a great dentist, I can’t recommend Dr. Carl enough
Being a person that gets very nervous with the thought of going to the dentist, I must say that at Elevate the team is so nice. From the lady on the phone that booked me in, the receptionists at the desk then the dental assistant and dentist Dr Edward, my visit was well looked after. Dr Edward was so friendly, patient, caring and gentle. I have also seen Dr Elizabeth about 1 year ago, she was the same. THANK YOU Elevate team for helping me cope with a dentist visit better.
My son's experience at Elevate Dental has been truly remarkable. The dentists and staff have made the process of fixing my son's teeth smooth and enjoyable. In just two short years, we have seen incredible progress, thanks to Dr. Carl Pan, the lead orthodontist. I highly recommend Elevate Dental as an outstanding dental practice for anyone in need of dental care.
