I had an excellent experience at Elevate Dental in Blacktown. The clinic is professional, welcoming, and runs smoothly. Dr. Carl is honestly amazing — patient, skilled, and explains everything clearly. He made the whole process comfortable and stress-free. Highly recommend Elevate Dental and especially Dr. Carl.

Jennifer Nguyen is great. She’s really kind, gentle, and made me feel comfortable right away. She’s easy to talk to and very down-to-earth, but also clearly knows what she’s doing. She explained everything clearly and gave me good options without any pressure. I felt like I was in good hands the whole time. Highly recommend!
Happy with the teeth cleaning, the dentist was very informative and completed the procedure comfortably. Only feedback was that an x-ray was performed on the left and right side even though I wasn't asked if I was happy to proceed prior. Came to the practice with $185 for teeth cleaning, however had to pay an extra $90 ($45 on each side). Little frustrated with the extra cost.
